In addition to implementation services, we provide post-implementation support services. Both for our implementation clients and those that implemented on their own, with the software vendor or another consultant. We currently provide support for the SAP Profitability & Cost Management (PCM), Acorn Systems, CostPerform and Prodacapo solutions.
Post-Implementation Support
The majority of our Profitability and Cost Management implementations successfully accomplish full knowledge transfer as part of the implementation. Regardless of the software implemented, no or little post-implementation support is typically required after the implementation. However, we always stand ready to provide any post-implementation assistance needed. In addition, we also provide support for companies who did not use our implementation services.
SAP Profitability & Cost Management
SAP Mainstream Maintenance for the PCM (Profitability and Cost Management) solution is scheduled to end December 31, 2020. We have been highly successful implementing PCM since it was first introduced in 2004. As the product sunsets we are helping PCM customers to maintain their current versions of the product and/or assisting them with migration paths and tools to their next stage software solution, including SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) and other solution alternatives.
Acorn Systems
Our team team of highly experienced Acorn experts provide Acorn Systems customers support with their existing Acorn system. PCS Acorn support services range from annual support service contracts with defined response times and fixed monthly/quarterly support fees to specific defined improvement projects.
We also provide Acorn System migration paths and tools to alternative software solutions.
