David Cooke has spent a great deal of his professional career on the provider side of healthcare as a CFO, COO and CEO in a variety of provider settings, including hospitals, medical groups and integrated provider organizations. Cooke has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Park Nicollet Health Services, St. Louis Park, Minnesota, since December 1999.

Beau Keyte is the founder of Branson, Inc., a management consulting company focused on the application of lean manufacturing strategies and techniques. Beau began his "lean" consulting career in the mid-80’s at the Ford Motor company.

Keyte has coauthored the Shingo Prize-winning book, The Complete Lean Enterprise: Value Stream Mapping for Office and Administrative Processes, available through Productivity Press.

 

Jeremy Hope, Author: Reinventing the CEO; Co-author: Beyond Budgeting

Over the past 12 years, Jeremy Hope has spoken with hundreds of CFOs and other finance professionals. His research has identified two visions for improving finance operations. One leads to frustration and poor-to-average long-term growth. The other leads to top performance.

He began his career as a chartered accountant and has since had experience in venture capital and business management. For the past five years his work has been focused on "Beyond Budgeting" and he is currently research director of the Beyond Budgeting Round Table, an organization dedicated to helping firms improve their performance management processes. Hope’s most recent book, Reinventing the CFO, outlines 7 critical roles CFOs must embrace to transform their companies finance operation.

 

Dr. Charles Horngren, Author: Cost Accounting & Accounting Hall of Fame Member; Professor Emeritus at Stanford University

Currently an accounting professor at Stanford University, Dr. Horngren has received numerous awards for his teaching and contributions to accounting education and practice. A recipient of honorary degrees from Marquette University and De Paul University, he became a member of the Accounting Hall of Fame in 1990.
